Christopher Run Campground, Mineral, VA

Welcome! Shaking it up, shaking things out, and looking for new perspectives this Mabon. Join us this Mabon 2018 to prepare to Get Out of That Box!

You can find this family friendly festival September 20-23rd at Christopher Run Campground in Mineral, VA!

Our workshop list keeps growing and growing! This year we have a specialty workshop for making your own Travel Didgeridoo. We are bringing back the community led discussion times in which everyone participates in the discussion. Stitch and Witch, Pagan Book, Divination, and Tarot reading times are all very popular.

The Grove!

We provide a private ritual space for those who need some privacy to hold their group rituals or spell work. Schedule time in for yourself at Registration when you arrive, or contact the Education Coordinator.

We hold a Friday night opening ritual to welcome everyone to the festival, a main ritual Saturday evening, and a closing ritual Sunday at noon. All rituals are inclusive, and are led by Pagans from our community. We are still working on this aspect of the festival, so stay tuned for more information.

We have something scheduled or you every evening, and if you have a band that will make our toes tap, and our hearts melt. This year we have The Boys From That Band!

Vendors bring out the pagan wares for all who may need a little something of this, inspired to create, you will find it here!

The Early Bird Discount has the deepest savings for our tickets! You will also have the option of pre-purchasing the Travel Didgeridoo! Get these discounts before we go to our online prices!

The registration desk is the first table you find when you arrive! Stop by to get your program, wristband, and information on which campsite will suit your needs. Be sure to bring a government issued photo ID with you to registration as we will confirm your identification onsite. Mountain Mysteries runs completely on volunteers!  Our coordinators work year around to bring our guests a relaxing, friendly environment!  We are most in need of those who can assist us during our transition to the new venue at Christopher Run.  If you feel you want to support Mountain Mysteries Festival Staff, volunteer an hour with us during the festival to help us keep operations running smoothly, and each hour you do you get a raffle ticket.  During the festival we hold multiple raffles for those who volunteer for great prizes!  If you feel you can volunteer more time outside of the festival, contact our Volunteer Coordinator to see where you can help us bring together this festival year after year!

Support Us!

Mountain Mysteries works hard on a shoe string budget to bring our guests a low cost festival.  We have a wish list of things we want to purchase to improve the experience of our guests. Mountain Mysteries has a wish list you can find HERE of items you can purchase to support us.
