Welcome! If this will be your first time vending at a Mountain Mysteries event, have not vended with us since 2013, or any changes to your information from previous applications, you are in the right place and should fill in the application below! If you have vended with us since 2013 and none of your information has changed, please fill out the Returning Vendor Application instead.
The First Time Vendor Application will let us know that you are interested in vending with us this season, what space you are requesting, and any other information we may need to ensure you are able to vend with us as well as give us the information we need to create your web listing.
After your application has been processed, we will invoice you via Paypal for the space and pass combination that you have requested. When an invoice is issued, a vendor space will be placed on hold until either payment is received to confirm the space or the invoice expires at which time that space will be offered to the wait list. If you are unable to pay in full for any reason prior to the expiration of your invoice an email must be sent to the vendor coordinator requesting an extension.
We invoice using Paypal and can take payment via Paypal or if you prefer we can take a check or money order through the mail. Please email the vendor coordinator directly if you are choosing to pay via check or money order.

Your parking pass and finalized site map including your assigned location will be available at registration when you arrive for set up. Please stop by festival registration to check in prior to proceeding to vendor site.

Vendor space includes vending space for the weekend of the festival, 1 or 2 pass(es) for the weekend of the festival, and electric service (if available to the specific site; be sure to bring a 50 ft. outdoor extension cord) for the weekend of the festival. Vendor spaces with attached campsites are limited. Additional camping space is available throughout the campground. All vendors are allowed one parking pass for parking near the vending area and must move vehicles to parking areas shortly after un/loading. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated day parking areas. All vending spaces are assigned. Any signage, decoration, or items that are located outside of your assigned space must be approved by the vendor coordinator. Please be kind to your weekend neighbors and respect one another's private area, air space, and quite times.
